- What is an Ebook?
The term Ebook stands for electronic book. It is basically a book in digital form that can be read on your PC. They come in many formats including PDF, exe and Word.
- Do I need any special software to read an Ebook?
Most Ebooks can be read using the default software of your computer. For Ebooks in PDF format, you will need Acrobat Reader which can be obtained from www.adobe.com. Ebooks in Word format will require Microsoft Word. Many Ebooks come in exe format which can be read on any PC.
You will also need extracting software such as Winzip ( www.winzip.com ) to unpack your purchase from its ZIP folder.
- Will I get an instant download of my purchase?
Yes. After you have made your payment, you are then redirected to a page where you can download your purchase straight away.

- How do I send Gift Vouchers to a Friend or Relative?
To send a Gift Voucher to another person you need to go to our Send Gift Voucher Page. You can find the link on the Shopping Cart Box page in the right hand column. When you send a Gift Voucher, you need to specify the following:-
1. The name of the person to receive the Gift Voucher.
2. The email address of the person receiving the Gift Voucher.
3. The amount you want to send. (Note you don't have to send the full amount that is in your Gift Voucher Account.)
4. A short message in the email.
Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly. You will be given the opportunity to change any information prior to the email being sent.
- How do I buy with a Gift Certificate?
Purchasing Gift Vouchers.
Gift Vouchers are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using the stores standard payment method(s).
Once purchased the value of the Gift Voucher will be added to your own personal Gift Voucher Account.
- How do I redeem a Gift Certificate?
Redeeming Gift Vouchers.
If you receive a Gift Voucher by email it will contain details of-
A) who sent you the Gift Voucher and possibly a short message from them.
B)The Gift Voucher Number. It is probably a good idea to print out this email for future reference.
You can now redeem the Gift Voucher in two ways.
1. By clicking on the link contained within the email for this express purpose.
This will -
A) Take you to the store's Redeem Voucher page.
B) You will then be requested to Register with the site by opening an account, before the Gift Voucher is validated.
C) Once the registration account has been created the value of your Gift Certificate is added to your Voucher Account.
D) Now you may shop and pay from using the proceeds of your voucher balance.
2. During the checkout procces.
A) You select a payment method. B) Enter the Gift Voucher Code in the box and click the redeem button.
The code will be validated and its value added to your Voucher balance. You can then use the amount to purchase any item from the store.

What is Zipping & Unzipping? What is a Zip file?
Zipping is the process of compressing several files or folders and storing them in a single compressed file called an "archive". Several types of archives exist. "Zip file" is the most common type of archive. Unzipping is the reverse of zipping - unzipping means decompressing a Zip file (or another type of archive) and extracting its contents, i.e. the original files & folders that where zipped and stored in the Zip file. You need to unzip a Zip file before you can access its contents.
Why do I need to Unzip?
If you received or downloaded an archive, such as a Zip file, you will need to unzip it before you can access its contents. This is because the files contained in the archive are compressed (zipped). They need to be decompressed - unzipped - before they can be used. In order to do that, you will need a Zip program .
First, please ensure that the Zip program is installed on your computer. If a Zip is installed, it will appear in the Start menu under Programs. If you haven't yet installed a Zip, please search google for free zip programs.
Open My Computer (or Windows Explorer) and go to the folder where you placed the Zip file that you wish to unzip. If you received the Zip file by e-mail, please be sure to save it to disk first. Your Zip files will have a folder icon and the colour or shape may vary depending on what program you choose:
2. Open the Zip file using your zip program.
Double-click on the Zip file to open it in the Zip program. You will see the contents of the Zip file. To view a file, double-click on it.
3. Unzip the Zip file
Once you've opened the Zip file in the Zip program, click "Unzip" to unzip it:
You will be prompted to select the folder where you wish to place the unzipped files.

If you just want to unzip a Zip file and you don't need to view its contents, you can simply right-click on the Zip file and choose "Unzip":
